Returns

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
• Contact support with your order number and reason to start a return.

Refunds

• After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report issues within 7 days with order number, description, and photos for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized items, gift cards, final sale items, and used/damaged products are not returnable.

Additional Info

• Return shipping costs are usually on the customer unless the item is defective.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed.
